Villa Bunda

Villa Bunda is a luxurious and exquisitely designed private home situated within the 100 hectare Nirwana Bali. Enter the villa through traditional Balinese gates where you will find lush tropical gardens accompanied by fish ponds which sit either side of the front entrance allowing each of its guests to experience a peaceful ambience.

The living and dining area at Villa Bunda features large comfortable sofas, a dining table which seats eight persons comfortably, a plasma television with cable connection, DVD player, Bose surround sound system, IDD telephone and computer internet connection. The villa interior features some elegant pieces from Warisan, Vinoti and other parts of Indonesia and the world.

The kitchen is western designed and fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine and appliances. The villa has its own menu selection where the villa chef can cook up a storm. There is an upstairs open-air and fan-cooled living and dining pavilion with additional day beds, television, cable connection, DVD, CD and video player with movie library and IPOD speaker which makes for the perfect entertainment area. Villa Bunda also boasts spectacular views of the Indian Ocean.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms each with a private bathroom en-suite. The master bedroom has a four poster bed with mosquito net, perfectly designed with warmth and comfort. There are two additional bedrooms with king size beds and the fourth bedroom is setup with twin beds also a trundle bed which pulls out. In total Villa Bunda can accommodate up to 8 people.

Villa Bunda has a spacious garden with private plunge pool, sun loungers, umbrella, and a traditional thatched bale bengong with dining area, a state of the art bbq which is perfect for poolside meals. Venture out in the four-seat golf buggy which can be used around the resort complex. Use of the Le Meridien swimming pool, fitness center, squash and tennis courts also kids club can be used at no additional charge. Golf discounts are also extended to guests staying at Villa Bunda. Alternatively, spa treatments can also be arranged in the villa on request.

• Villa rates are quoted in US dollars including tax and service charges
• Villa rates are categorized in Low, High and Peak seasons
• A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due on receiving confirmation of your booking
• Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days in order to secure your reservation
• Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
• 10% service fee is charged on top of all supermarket shopping receipts
• Villa check out time is 12noon. Late check out can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.
• Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include any bank fees.
• Private airport transfers included
• Villa Bunda has it’s own battery operated golf buggy for use by the rental guests. The guest is solely responsible for the buggy should there be any damage. The buggy can only be used around the resort and not on the golf course.
• The villa reserves the right at anytime in it’s sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation
• Events and  functions at Villa Bunda must be authorized by Bali Trip International
• The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent
