Villa Golf Nirvana is built in the best position on Le Meridien Nirwana Golf and Spa Resort, offering direct access to the ocean and golf course. Having the largest plot of land on the resort, the villa is on a cul-de-sac, with the garden surrounded by lush foliage to ensure privacy. Featuring three air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious air-conditioned living and dining room, and a large upstairs living/dining pavilion which overlooks the golf course and ocean.
The entrance building on the ground floor is spacious and comfortable. Fully furnished, this air-conditioned living and dining room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD/CD player, Ipod speakers, IDD telephone and fax machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and features separate staff quarters. On the upper floor is one bedroom with a Balinese king size bed and marble en-suite bathroom, opening onto a large balcony and a second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite marble bathroom, ideal for families.
The ground floor of the Garden Building contains a spacious Master Suite with one king-size 4-poster bed with mosquito netting, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious marble bathroom with separate shower and sunken bath tub. This bedroom and bathroom both open onto the garden with private plunge pool, pool loungers and a bale bengong.
The villa includes three house staff, which includes two housekeepers/cook and a gardener. 24 hour security is provided by the resort.
Villa Golf Nirvana is located inside Le Meridien Nirwana Golf and Spa Resort, where you will have complimentary access to a great selection of restaurants, an exceptional free-form swimming pool with exciting water-slides, a kids club, tennis & squash courts, a fitness center, and an award winning spa.

- Villa rates are categorized in low, high and peak seasons
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due on receiving confirmation of your booking
- Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days in order to secure your reservation
- Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
- 10% service fee is charged on top of all supermarket shopping receipts
Villa check out time is 12noon. Late check out can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability. - Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include any bank fees.

- Villa Golf Nirvana has it’s own battery operated golf buggy for use by the rental guests. The guest is solely responsible for the buggy should there be any damage. The buggy can only be used around the resort and not on the golf course.
- The villa reserves the right at anytime in it’s sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation
- The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent
