Villa Sunset Golf
Enter the villa through traditional Balinese gates where you will see large stepping stones which lead you through a tropical landscaped garden.
A bubbling water feature is set in the center of a large tranquil reflecting pool. The living and dining area downstairs is fully air-conditioned with a dining table, lounge area, coffee table, IDD telephone, flat screen LCD television with satellite channels, DVD player and IPOD dock station. The villa features a modern kitchen with all appliances including a large refrigerator, microwave, cook-top and oven. There is also a washing machine and clothes dryer available for guest use.
On the same level, the master bedroom is spacious with marble floors, a king sized bed, writing desk, LCD flat screen television, DVD player and large doors which can be opened to the pool area. There is a double dressing area which features a safe deposit box and a marble bathroom en-suite with an oversized sunken tub, separate shower, toilet and double vanity unit.
Upstairs, the living and dining pavilion is fan-cooled and boasts some spectacular views of the Indian Ocean and the Greg Norman
Across from the living and dining pavilion are two more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a double bed with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen television, DVD player and safe deposit box. Next door is the third bedroom which features two large double beds, flat screen television, safe deposit box, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the balcony.
All bedrooms are designed with attractive and comfortable soft furnishings which make guests feel right at home.
Villa Sunset Golf has a private plunge pool, day loungers, outdoor umbrella and a bale bengong perfect for spa treatments or simply to relax. The villa also features a 4 seat electric golf buggy for use around the 100 hectare Bali Nirwana Resort. Golf discounts are available along with complimentary access to Le Meridien facilities including the lagoon swimming pools, slides, kids club, tennis, squash courts and Fitness Center.
At your service are three very helpful, trained and friendly staff who can assist with daily housekeeping, butler service and cooking. In-villa laundry is inclusive in the rental.

- Villa rates are quoted in US dollars and subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge.

- Minimum stay: 3 nights (low), 5 nights (high) and 7 nights (peak)
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be sent on receiving confirmation of your booking.
- Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival, or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival, in order to guarantee your reservation.
- Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
- Villa check-in time: 2pm. Check-out time: 12 noon.
- Late check-out until 6pm can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.
- Payment can be made by credit card or telegraphic transfer.
- Villa Sunset Golf has it’s own battery operated golf buggy for use by the rental guests. The guest is solely responsible for the buggy during the rental period and will be charged for any damage caused. The buggy may only be used around the resort and not on the golf course.
- Villa Sunset Golf reserves the right at anytime, at it’s sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be liable, under any circumstances, to refund any unused portion of monies in respect of accommodation fees.
- Villa Sunset Golf disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent.
